NOTE: The dog team is now closed indefinitely as we can only train so many dogs during a training session.

Search and Rescue is an outstanding way to give back to the community.  Pathfinder  Search and Rescue members come from many backgrounds.  We all share a common interest in helping in our community, love of the outdoors and working with animals.  You do not need prior Search and Rescue experience to join.  You need to have Saturdays free for SAR training from 7 AM to 4 PM, and be available for missions 24 / 7 once qualified.

Search and Rescue training is provided by the team or outside agencies with little cost to team members.  Some National certifications do require a fee.

We take our community service seriously.  Commitment in time can be substantial.  To inquire about positions contact. Steven Potter.
