Steve and his wife Debra with close friend Kay Dawson founded the team in June of 1997. He started with his first dog Bear and currently works as a canine handler with his current partner Millie.  He currently serves as the teams operations officer, canine instructor and search management.  Steve retired from active service from the Air Force in 2002.  He resides in Moore, Oklahoma with his wife Debra, son Joseph and daughter Kassandra.  His oldest son Steven resides in Florida with his wife Charlotte and grandson Brian.  Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.  His hobbies include web page design, computer's, fishing, reading, genealogy and family.
